U of T, as one of the world's top universities in innovation and discoveries, helped spark my interest in innovation management. I aspire to be a leader in the field, managing this growth.

How has your U of T Psychology degree helped you throughout your career?
The principles of psychology have given me tremendous insight into the behaviour of individuals and I find myself applying them every day in my interactions with people. They have been my guide to perspective-taking, negotiations, and problem
solving, and I have found them particularly useful in my current field of business.
